Yesterday was Take Your Child to Work Day, and my daughter Izzy came along with me to teach at the nursery she attended as a toddler.
It’s a place full of memories, and one of the first nurseries I ever taught in when I started Happy Kids Yoga ten years ago. Walking through those doors again, this time with Izzy by my side, was a real full-circle moment.
We taught three sessions together, and watching her join in, help the children settle, and even capture some footage for our franchisees… it reminded me exactly why I love this work so much. Kids yoga isn't just about poses—it's about calm, confidence, emotional awareness, and giving children a moment of peace within their busy day.
